Super Powers from Subway!

It is a fact that Subway has some healthier options as a fast food restaurant than others such as McDonald’s and Burger King. Although it may be a better menu to eat from, they also use the same advertising techniques as unhealthy fast food restaurants. They only show the good things about Subway when mentioning that they have have 7 sandwiches that have under 6 grams of fat. They also over exaggerate the positive effects of eating Subway when showing a lady eat a box of cookies and say, “It’s okay, I ate subway last night.” What about everything else on the menu? Why don’t they ever mention their Chicken and Bacon Ranch Sandwich that has 580 calories, 30 grams of fat, and 1400 milligrams of sodium all packed into a 6 inch sandwich. They have healthy options, but who really orders a Veggie Delight sandwich? Subway has a much healthier menu than others, but this shows that all fast food restaurants have things to hide.
I completely agree, the kind of stuff Subway advertises is the stuff that no one orders. Sometimes the calories and fat they advertise don’t even include cheese.
yeah subway definitely has some healthier choices than other fast food restaurants but there whole menu isn’t all nutritional. So they do exaggerate with the way they market there food.. They make it seems as like if the sandwiches at subway almost have close to negative calories which is in no way true
This is so true. Subway claims to be the healthier option to fast food and everyone else believes this. But really. The healthy stuff is just vegetables and bread basically. Then, after people order their sandwich, they still add on items which increase the number of calories.
Eh, Subways knows many people are ignorant and they use this to their advantage.
